person playing chess; strategy, problem solving

Loyal, trustworthy, and an approachable leader who swiftly drives business results.

Fabian Leni Headshot

For nearly three decades, I've gained expertise in enhancing operations and managing P&L responsibilities over $175 million in North America, Jamaica, and Suriname. I've skillfully overseen 30+ domestic and international teams, and developed senior leaders.

My joy lies in building connections across all levels of an organization and leading transformative initiatives. Leveraging my experience, I drive organizational connectivity and strategic transformations, delivering lasting value as a vigilant steward of resources.

I'm an accomplished strategist and forensic problem solver, skilled at overcoming hurdles for high performance. With a talent for fixing projects others can't, I am an improvement accelerator adept at spearheading enterprise-wide initiatives, cost optimization, and driving profitability targets. My track record includes developing high-performance teams for exceptional results.

On a personal note, one of my proudest moments was serving as an Italian translator for the World University Games gymnastics team. This role not only allowed me to connect linguistically but also provided an avenue to support athletes, fostering a sense of unity within the team.

Beyond linguistic expertise, I hold a 1st Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. The discipline and focus instilled in me through martial arts have significantly shaped my approach to leadership. It's not just about fixing problems but nurturing a mindset of continuous improvement and resilience.

Moreover, my involvement as a leader in the Scouts of America has been deeply fulfilling. Guiding and mentoring young minds, fostering their growth, and witnessing their development has been an incredibly rewarding experience that transcends traditional leadership roles.
